This villa in Ermionida, modestly stands as a testament to the impact of architectural design, gracefully manifesting a seamless integration of form and function. Nestled on a captivating waterfront plot in Ermioni, our focus is on creating a minimalist architectural masterpiece that seamlessly integrates with the natural beauty of its surroundings.

Our architectural strategy revolves around maximizing the potential of the provided built-up area. Through careful consideration and planning, we optimized the space to offer a range of inhabitation options, ensuring a practical and efficient living experience.

Drawing inspiration from the serene Mediterranean lifestyle and influenced by the understated elegance of mid-20th-century California modernism, our architectural style embodies clean lines and a seamless indoor-outdoor connection. By embracing a minimalistic approach, we created a sense of serenity and clarity that allows the natural surroundings to take centre stage.

 Within this Villa in Ermionida, we have meticulously crafted an interior space that promotes a sense of calm and tranquillity. The master bedroom, positioned on an iconic cantilever, provides a unique viewing platform to the surrounding area.

This structural solution is not only a captivating element but also a shaded sanctuary, allowing for a unique and captivating experience. At the same time, the utilization of “yposkafo” typology, is employed for the guest rooms, proficiently maximizing the use of the available buildable area.

Our design philosophy extends beyond the walls, integrating interior, hardscape, and landscape elements. This integrated approach ensures a seamless flow and visual cohesion, blurring the boundaries between the built environment and nature. It creates a harmonious relationship between the structure and its surroundings, enhancing the overall experience for our residents.
