Prisma suites is a high-end residential development located in the heart of Voula in Athens. The project sets a new standard in the field of high-end development, featuring cutting edge architecture and construction technology.
Escaping the classic plot layout, the building mass spreads on the periphery of the site, introducing a novel masterplan approach. This approach, places the trademark façade on the edge of the plot.
The façade itself comprises one of the core elements of the project. The refined horizontal language of the balconies along with the prismatic subtractions is achieved through the use of innovative construction techniques that allow the super slim finishes at the end of the slabs. In order to counterbalance the strong horizontal elements, bold vertical geometries are employed to signify the entrance of the building.
On the ground level, the enclosed layout of the masterplan, creates an interior garden & swimming pool, shared by the two apartments on the ground floor. The connection to the garden is furtherly enchanted by the ample space provided by the double height living rooms, offering qualities that are often found in private villas.
Furthermore, the masterplan layout, increases the natural ventilation properties along with cross lighting of the units. These elements are more prominent on the ground floor and penthouse apartments through the double height spaces that are rarely found in multi-unit developments.
The penthouses are connected to the private roof gardens located at the top of the building. Those elevated gardens, feature plunge pools and uninterrupted privileged views of the surrounding area.
