Perched on a stunning seafront location, this villa embraces uninterrupted panoramic views of the sea while offering a refined sense of privacy and protection. The placement and orientation of the building are carefully considered to maximize the visual connection to the water, while also creating a sense of seclusion from neighboring properties and the elements.

The design concept is based on a composition of interlocking L-shaped volumes. These forms carve out a series of sheltered courtyards and terraces, which act as outdoor living rooms. By enclosing and protecting these spaces, the architecture encourages year-round use of the exterior areas and creates a fluid transition between indoors and out.

Though distinctly modern in its formal language, the villa is softened by the use of natural, tactile materials. Stone and wood are introduced throughout the design to create warmth and a sense of familiarity. These materials ground the building in its coastal context and lend a human scale to the otherwise crisp and minimal geometry.

Large windows and custom-designed building blocks punctuate the façades, allowing natural light to pour into the interiors while maintaining a sense of rhythm and texture. These elements enhance the ever-changing play of light and shadow throughout the day and strengthen the villa’s connection with its surroundings.

Ultimately, the villa is conceived as a space in dialogue with nature—a home that opens to the horizon while offering moments of intimacy and retreat. It is an architectural response to the landscape: sculpted, serene, and seamlessly integrated into the experience of seafront living.
